The Neunaber Echelon Echo looks to mix up the world of analogue style echo with digital tap tempo control that you never normally get on a pedal of this size. Tape Echo like this has become very popular again over the recent years with its soft modulated vibe that adds a special feel to your tone. Like all Neunaber pedals the digital wizardry is what takes this pedal from a great effect to a must have tone machine.

Custom Controls

While some pedals like this have multiple footswitches with a tonne of different controls to let you dial in your tone. While for some this is great it can get very confusing. Neunaber have fought against this with a simple set of three hardware controls that can be modified with digital wizardry so you can really get deep into the pedal and get your sound. By using Neunabers downloadable software you can set up your pedal to have a range of different echo styles that all respond in very different ways.

One of the coolest parts of this pedal is how they have integrated the time options. Not only can you select a delay time like you would on any pedal

Stunningly Clear Echo

By spending hours listening to analogue echo effects Neunaber have worked out exactly what is needed to create this effect. The end result of all of this research is a crystal clear echo with added modulation that works with pretty much any style. No matter if you are layering it up with a pile of overdrive or just want it running clean you will not be disappointed.

Not Just One Effect

When you buy any other effects pedal you are normally stuck with that one pedal. Neunaber don't really like that idea so if you by an Echelon Stereo Echo you can actually change the effect that is loaded in to the pedal. Just download the latest Neunaber software and you can change your echo pedal into a Wet Reverb, a Seraphim Shimmer or a Chroma Chorus.

Here's what Neunaber say about the Echelon v2 Stereo Echo

The Echelon Stereo Echo blends warm analog sound with the precision of a tap tempo digital delay. Simple, versatile controls allow you to quickly dial in the perfect sound.

Bypass and Tap Tempo combine seamlessly on one footswitch, maintaining a compact form-factor. Time in fractions of 1 second or tempo subdivisions are set easily and intuitively using the Time knob. Cross-fading Time Change allows tempo changes in real-time without audio artifacts (no muting, zipper noise or pitch change), and Scatter Repeats makes successive repeats more diffuse and complex.

The Echelon Echo contains subtle modulation and is gently band-limited for an analog feel without sounding low-fidelity. High-frequency roll off increases with echo time, just as in nature-due to absorption of high-frequencies in air.

Echelon may be connected mono or stereo. Using only Output 1, it is a single mono echo. Using both outputs, the default echo becomes a golden-ratio ping-pong-chosen for its elegant accumulation of echo repeats. Whether you use a mono or stereo input, the input signal is preserved when routed to the outputs. It can even be used as a mono echo on stereo inputs (see Expanse software for details).

Other stereo echo effects are programmable with our free Expanse software.

CITES regulations concerning the export of items containing certain woods affect any guitar sold ouside of the European Union and which contains any quantity of either Rosewood or Bubinga.  In these cases, an additional charge of £80.00 will be levied per species after the sale to pay for the required re-export certificate.  There will be a delay in dispatching any guitar containing either Bubinga or Rosewood of up to 4 weeks while we obtain the necessary certification for export. As the charge is per species, where a guitar contains both Bubinga AND Rosewood, the charge is doubled to £160.00.  We will contact you following your purchase of any guitar containing a controlled wood and advise of the charge once you have placed the order.  You can make payment for the charge by sending a Paypal payment to us at: sales@fxpedal.co.uk.

Note that CITES only applies to guitars containing Rosewood or Bubinga that are being exported outside the European Union.  Guitars being delivered with the United Kingdom or in the European Union will be dispatched as normal.
