The VDL Vibes project was designed to reproduce classic vibes sounds that run throughout the history of music, surpassing all common problems associated with those effects: noise, lack of transparency, loss of signal, the variability of the sound, fragility, etc. An evolution in VIBES......, in the strict sense of the term.

The Vibes offers 6 different sounds that are obtained by the combination of the 3-position toggle switch located at the center of the 2-position and the foot switch at the bottom left. The footswitch allows you to switch from "Vibe" to " Phaser ", then to range from classic vibe with the phase shift aggressively and with a timbre that sometimes recalls almost a wah, soft and liquid to the sound of a vintage phaser.

To always have an eye on the settings in which the pedal is working, next to this switch, there is a flashing LED at the set speed and change color: red if it is set in the mode vibe and green if you phaser mode.

The switch lever in the central position offers the classic sound set, then vibe or phaser. Moving it to the right sound the same but more soft, clean sound with greater presence of non-effected, very useful for example if you use the pedal with high speed selected instead of the left position effect gets "Vibrato" really meant as a jarring sound, such as would happen in a tape recorder with the coil oval or playing with the lever on the guitar.

The manopolone classic sets the speed, place on the edge of the chassis to be adjusted also with the side of the foot.

There is also the exit for an expression pedal, which controls the speed by excluding the knob.

CITES regulations concerning the export of items containing certain woods affect any guitar sold ouside of the European Union and which contains any quantity of either Rosewood or Bubinga.  In these cases, an additional charge of £80.00 will be levied per species after the sale to pay for the required re-export certificate.  There will be a delay in dispatching any guitar containing either Bubinga or Rosewood of up to 4 weeks while we obtain the necessary certification for export. As the charge is per species, where a guitar contains both Bubinga AND Rosewood, the charge is doubled to £160.00.  We will contact you following your purchase of any guitar containing a controlled wood and advise of the charge once you have placed the order.  You can make payment for the charge by sending a Paypal payment to us at: sales@fxpedal.co.uk.

Note that CITES only applies to guitars containing Rosewood or Bubinga that are being exported outside the European Union.  Guitars being delivered with the United Kingdom or in the European Union will be dispatched as normal.
