The Sterling by Music Man StingRay Classic Bass in Butterscotch is a stripped-back version of Music Man's most iconic bass guitar. Featuring a single humbucker and an active 2-band EQ, the StingRay Classic lets you fully sculpt your sound in the simplest way possible, with a no-nonsense bass and treble boost/cut for a versatile range of tones. The pickup is mounted to a warm and resonant mahogany body with the iconic outline of the StingRay bass, featuring the same comfortable contours and easy top-fret access. A maple neck and fingerboard with a narrower 38mm nut gives a smooth left-hand playing feel, while the fully-adjustable bridge with 4 steel saddles gives you great sustain, tuning stability, and the ability to create the perfect playing setup. The original Music Man StingRay design is a classic instrument with the ideal balance of smooth playability, versatile tones, and great looks. The Sterling by Music Man StingRay Classic features the same characteristics, giving you everything you need to join the StingRay family and see why these bass guitars are so popular.

CITES regulations concerning the export of items containing certain woods affect any guitar sold ouside of the European Union and which contains any quantity of either Rosewood or Bubinga.  In these cases, an additional charge of £80.00 will be levied per species after the sale to pay for the required re-export certificate.  There will be a delay in dispatching any guitar containing either Bubinga or Rosewood of up to 4 weeks while we obtain the necessary certification for export. As the charge is per species, where a guitar contains both Bubinga AND Rosewood, the charge is doubled to £160.00.  We will contact you following your purchase of any guitar containing a controlled wood and advise of the charge once you have placed the order.  You can make payment for the charge by sending a Paypal payment to us at: sales@fxpedal.co.uk.

Note that CITES only applies to guitars containing Rosewood or Bubinga that are being exported outside the European Union.  Guitars being delivered with the United Kingdom or in the European Union will be dispatched as normal.

You can find out more information about CITES here: https://reverb.com/uk/news/new-cites-regulations-for-all-rosewood-species
