If you're looking for excellent quality at a great price, Ibanez have gone the extra mile to ensure this with their latest Spot Run models. The GRX70QA is expertly crafted using a prime choice of materials and hardware to provide you with a comprehensively stunning playing experience.

The GRX70QA features a deep double cutaway body which opens up access to the neck, including the higher registers of the neck. This shape also gives the guitar a snug feel against your body, ideal when wielding onstage. The body is constructed from poplar, providing a lightweight feel as well as a well-balanced range of bright tones. The striking appearance of the guitar comes from its quilted maple art grain top. The mix of poplar and maple produces a wide range of responsive tones.

Firmly fitted to the body of the GRX70QA is a smooth maple neck with a GRX profile which feels superb in the hand. The neck is sturdy and can withstand plenty of heavy playing. Topping the neck is a rosewood fingerboard which is home to 22 medium-sized frets, adorned with white dot inlays to guide you along.

Powering the enormous sound output of the GRX70QA is a trio of Infinity pickups. The guitar features the HSH pickup configuration, excellently blending humbuckers with a single coil. These ceramic pickups are versatile and responsive to your playing style. From complex chording to harmonic riffs, these pickups can achieve the sound you want.

Ibanez have stuck with a fairly simple control layout, including pots for Master Volume and Master Tone plus a 5-position blade pickup switch.

The lower bout of the body is equipped with a FAT-6 tremolo bridge with a screw-in tremolo arm. You can perform extreme string bends and vibrato without having to worry about your strings falling out of tune. This is also helped by the reliable tuners fitted to the headstock in their six-in-line formation.

The Ibanez GRX70QA has a sumptuous sound and appearance, with all the ability to perform onstage. Plus, at such a low price you won't even have to break the bank to get your hands on this Spot Run model.

CITES regulations concerning the export of items containing certain woods affect any guitar sold ouside of the European Union and which contains any quantity of either Rosewood or Bubinga.  In these cases, an additional charge of £80.00 will be levied per species after the sale to pay for the required re-export certificate.  There will be a delay in dispatching any guitar containing either Bubinga or Rosewood of up to 4 weeks while we obtain the necessary certification for export. As the charge is per species, where a guitar contains both Bubinga AND Rosewood, the charge is doubled to £160.00.  We will contact you following your purchase of any guitar containing a controlled wood and advise of the charge once you have placed the order.  You can make payment for the charge by sending a Paypal payment to us at: sales@fxpedal.co.uk.

Note that CITES only applies to guitars containing Rosewood or Bubinga that are being exported outside the European Union.  Guitars being delivered with the United Kingdom or in the European Union will be dispatched as normal.
